Maple Valley and the surrounding areas have enjoyed a consistent, if not rapid, rise in real estate values. It's easy to see why. Maple Valley works well for the family who has a spouse working in Bellevue and one in Tacoma. Both can utilize Hwy 18 to access I-90 and I-5 or SR167 respectively. But there's more. Maple Valley still has the feeling that we're in the country enjoying a game of golf, a walk in the arboretum, a swim in Lake Sawyer. Stores, coffee shops, and various amenities are nestling in. The schools are great, church options many, and there still exists affordable housing. You can see why so many people want to live here! When it comes to real estate values, Maple Valley has my vote.
